I also give to my said wife, all my household stuff... and also one third
part of all my personal estate ... to my son Samuel the remaining two thirds of my
personal estate, exclusive of household stuff ... also ... all the residue of my real
estate" ... Witnesses: Norman Bushnell, O. Hastings, H.D. Mason. Will recorded: 28 Sep 1825.
